Terri Tibbot 

Chief Executive Officer

Terri Tibbot is the Chief Executive Officer of Life Line Stem Cell and a nationally respected healthcare executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience in highly regulated clinical environments.

Throughout her career, Terri has built, led, and scaled mission-driven healthcare organizations dedicated to ethical donation practices, patient safety, and strong hospital partnerships. Since 2011, she has guided Life Line Stem Cell’s growth across more than 35 hospitals in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, and South Carolina, overseeing regulatory compliance with the FDA, AATB, and hospital accreditation bodies while ensuring the highest standards of quality, consent, and donor care.

Terri’s leadership spans the full lifecycle of healthcare organizations. Prior to Life Line, she served as CEO of Donor Services of Indiana, where she expanded services statewide and facilitated the recovery and distribution of more than 250,000 transplantable grafts. Earlier in her career, she founded Indiana Cardiac Retrieval, establishing one of the region’s early tissue recovery agencies and helping shape operational and ethical standards in a developing specialty.

In addition to her executive leadership, Terri serves on the Living Donor Council of the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB), contributing to national policy development, governance, and best practices for living donor programs. She is a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist and a trusted advisor to boards, regulators, and hospital leaders navigating complex clinical and regulatory landscapes.

Terri holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in health sciences from the University of Alabama and has contributed to peer-reviewed clinical research in emerging stem cell therapies. At the heart of her work is a steadfast commitment to ethical stewardship, patient-centered care, and ensuring that every donation is handled with integrity, respect, and purpose.

Chief Financial Officer

Sue Wills serves as Chief Financial Officer of Life Line Stem Cell, where she helps guide the organization’s financial strategy, operational stability, and continued growth. As a member of the executive leadership team, she plays an important role in ensuring that Life Line’s mission is supported by disciplined financial management, thoughtful planning, and responsible stewardship of the company’s resources.

Throughout her career, Sue has dedicated her work to serving others and supporting organizations that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She brings that same sense of purpose to her role at Life Line Stem Cell, combining financial leadership with a strong commitment to the people, families, and partners the organization serves.

Working closely with Life Line’s leadership and operational teams, Sue helps translate long-term priorities into sustainable business practices that support the organization’s hospital partners, healthcare providers, donors, and research collaborators. Her practical, detail-oriented approach helps provide the strong financial foundation Life Line Stem Cell needs to grow responsibly and expand its impact.

Brian Tibbot

Director of Operations

Brian Tibbot is the Director of Operations at Life Line Stem Cell, where he leads operational strategy and program execution for one of the region’s growing birth tissue and cord blood donation organizations. Based in Indiana, Brian plays a key role in overseeing hospital partnerships, operational workflows, quality standards, and day-to-day coordination across Life Line Stem Cell’s multi-state network.

Working within highly regulated clinical environments, Brian supports the organization’s commitment to ethical donation practices, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care. His leadership helps ensure that hospital partners, donor families, and clinical teams experience consistent, compassionate, and compliant processes throughout every stage of donation and recovery.

Since joining Life Line Stem Cell, Brian has helped support the organization’s expansion across hospitals in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, and South Carolina, contributing to scalable operational systems designed to uphold the highest standards of quality, donor stewardship, and service.

Brian is passionate about advancing regenerative medicine and transplant-related healthcare through operational excellence, strong partnerships, and mission-driven leadership grounded in integrity, accountability, and respect for every donation entrusted to the organization.

Melissa Meyer

Melissa Meyer

Director of Hospital Development

Melissa Meyer is the Director of Hospital Development at Life Line Stem Cell, bringing nearly fifteen years of clinical and healthcare leadership experience across hospital, emergency, and acute care settings.

A Family Nurse Practitioner, Melissa leads Life Line’s hospital partnerships across more than 30 locations, overseeing field staff operations and working closely with nursing leaders, physicians, and hospital administrators to ensure donation programs operate smoothly, compliantly, and with clinical excellence. She is deeply involved in staff education, delivering in-services that support consistent, informed donation practices while strengthening trust and collaboration at the hospital level.

Prior to joining Life Line Stem Cell, Melissa served in progressive clinical leadership roles as an Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner Lead and Registered Nurse, caring for patients in high-acuity environments including emergency departments, cardiac intensive care, and pediatric settings. Her background at institutions such as Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and King’s Daughters Health reflects a career rooted in patient advocacy, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Melissa holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Her work at Life Line is driven by a commitment to patient-centered care, strong clinical partnerships, and ensuring donation programs uphold the highest standards of safety, education, and ethical practice.
